Nationwide Building Services Group Limited is a national provider of multi-disciplined building services design, installation and maintenance. There are 3 area offices providing local customer support and liaison: Godalming (Head Office), Daventry and Leeds. The company’s trading names and main operating divisions are:
  • Nationwide Maintenance - for multi-disciplined Building Services Maintenance
  • Falcon Mechanical Services - for Mechanical Services Design and Installation

Customer service is provided by mobile engineers based throughout the country.

We will achieve this through our commitment to:

  • Comply with all applicable legal requirements and relevant environmental requirements of industry bodies to which we subscribe
  • Incorporate environmental issues into the business decision making process by establishing a framework for setting and reviewing objectives and targets
  • Document, implement and maintain our environmental management system (EMS)
  • Communicate the requirements of our EMS to all persons working for or on behalf of the organisation
  • Ensure that all our employees have the appropriate level of environmental awareness and training
  • Promote resource efficiency and reduce emissions to air, land and water by:
    • engaging in waste minimisation, re-use or re-cycling
    • ensuring disposal of residual waste in an environmentally responsible manner in accordance with our duty of care obligations
    • advising customers, particularly on the efficient use of energy and water
  • Operate emergency procedures to prevent and limit environmental incidents
  • Promote this policy throughout the company, to our subcontractors and clients, place it on our website and make it available to the public on demand
  • Implement our EMS in accordance with the requirements of BS EN ISO14001:2004.

Managerial and supervisory staff have responsibilities for the implementation of this policy and will ensure that environmental issues are given adequate consideration in the planning and day-to-day supervision of all work.
